Welcome

Beyond Conditioning, Anxiety & Overthinking

The freedom you’re searching for lies beneath the person you think you are

The Greatest Freedom is Knowing Who You Truly Are

I’m Charlie, a somatic coach and spiritual guide supporting people who feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, to reconnect with themselves through body-based awareness and deep inner inquiry.

Transition from Conditioned Responses to Embodied Truth

Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and conditioning shaping your life and relationships. Moving from reaction, control and self-protection towards clarity, authenticity and inner freedom.

Come Home to Yourself

Many of us move through life shaped by unconscious patterns:

These patterns, once ingenious, now cause us to feel inauthentic, stuck, anxious, depressed and disconnected from ourselves- our bodies, emotions and our true self.

My work supports you to gently peel back the layers of conditioning and survival strategies that no longer serve you.

Not to become someone new- but to reconnect with a deeper truth of who you are. Who you were before the patterns were created.

As this awareness deepens:

We come home to ourselves – and in return, the world comes home to us.

The Unease That Brings You Here

Maybe you’re here because there’s a constant underlying hum of anxiety.

Or perhaps a feeling of disconnection from yourself- as though you no longer know who you are or what you truly want.

Perhaps one part of you longs for change, for something more spacious, alive, and vibrant, while another part clings tightly to what it knows- afraid to let go of the carefully curated identity.

Maybe you’re simply exhausted.

Carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, trying to hold it all together despite appearances.

Whatever it is, it’s not wrong.

It may be the very thing calling you home to yourself.

The unease, the longing, the exhaustion- it’s life speaking to you.

And it can become the doorway to change and transformation.

Exploring what is real and alive

So together, we will explore whatever is alive, vibrant and real for you in the moment, and this might include:

I’m Charlotte (though most people call me Charlie)

My own journey has included experiences of loss, struggle, single motherhood, shame, self-doubt, and the exhausting belief that I needed to somehow fix myself in order to finally feel whole.

I’m now somewhere in midlife, and only recently do I feel I’m beginning to truly know myself- a deeper, more honest version of myself.

For many years, I searched outside myself for resolution, for change, for fixes. Resisting circumstances, managing how I was perceived, attempting to protect myself from failure, and striving to finally become someone more acceptable, more accomplished, more enough.

Until I saw something that changed everything.

The endless striving.

The carefully constructed identity.

The belief that something essential was missing.

All of it was part of the illusion.

What revealed itself (and endlessly continues to do so) was that the problem was never who I was, but who I believed myself to be.

And in letting go of some of that armour, in meeting the parts of myself I had resisted, listening more deeply to what is true, and softening the need to control life, something more honest and alive started to come through.

Not a new version of me.

But a remembering of something deeper.

Of course the world is real. But when we mistake it for all there is- and when we mistake the conditioned identity for who we are- we lose touch with something essential.

What I am discovering is that freedom comes through an orientation inward, not outward.

The greatest freedom lies in knowing who you truly are.

It’s my passion, my heartfelt desire and innate pull, to do this work, to support others on this journey towards truth and depth and authenticity, and away from a false sense of self that leads to quiet despair.

I’ve a strong interest and practice in nondual spirituality, I’m certified in Embodied Processing, Breathwork, and Coaching (including through work with the NHS), and trained in Raynor Massage, Eating Psychology, and One Thought principles. I also hold an Honours Degree in Philosophy and Education and a Degree in Sports Science, all of which continue to shape how I approach this work- with curiosity, clarity, and care.
